Thanks your kindly respond. I already came back to US yesterday.My employer faxed my I-797 and strong support letter and called to officer, the border office gave me a waiver and let our family return to us with new I-94 card, no visa. And before I left I asked officer if my green card application will be affected and he told me "no" and told me not to leave us untill get the greencard. So, thanks God and thanks your guys giving me a lot of information.
