As from my friend's experience this means that the Judge does not want to waste his time on this case,and he will ask the defendents' attorney to just finish you case, and do not put any other craps to piss him off.

So good luck to you and we will see that the defendents's attorney ask you some 30 days extension at that time. Go there early to meet him and he will ask the extension before he see the judge.

I am not that luck and have to fight all the way. But I just got my case approved.
