WOM (pro se) pending in Court since 11/2007
After defendants' attorney filed motion to dismiss, I filed Objection to MTD, and defendants' attorney filed reply.
The case was referenced by the Senior Judge to Magistrate Judge for recommendation and he recommended grant the MTD and I filed objection based on the New Visa Bulletin and FBI memo.

I called defendants attorney early this month after the Visa Bulletin is ready for my family in March and he asked 20 days extension to my objection and I gave him the extension and our cases was approved last Monday.

As I know from the attorney, my NC is still pending, which I do not care right.

So if you case has passed 180 days, you should have the case ready to be approved.
