There is a unit called "Workload Distribution Center". If you are sure the information you got from the IO on the phone is true, that means your file has not reach this center. It may still in the "File Management". Also, you can see the recent LUDs. My guess, if you have recent LUD after 02/04/2008, likely your file is already in the WDC. If not, it may still in the FM. Then the IO on the phone may be able to help you to get your file to the WDC.

But after all, all depends on each of the VO and the supervisor. Like my case, it took more than 7 weeks to get the file back to the VO after returning the RFE. Most of others only within 2 weeks.

Regarding calling TSC, I don't know it helps or not. The calls I made is to get the most accurate information possible, with a little hope the IO can actually do something.

I am not a person with a great patient, that's why I called a lot. But one thing everyone should be really remember, be polite to the IO on the phone even he/she is rude.

Hope these help.
