Help: 485 pending for new job

My current situation: 485 pending after 180. I am planning to change my job. I applied my perm using job title (Auditor). I was told by my attorney that I could move to either accountant or auditor but not financial analyst. I also consulted with another attorney who told me only auditor position is good for me to move. Is there anybody with practical experience regarding the issue. How could I know the future position is in the same catergory of perm position? Thanks
