Here is my answers

1. name check is not clear, both my wife and mine. Confirmed with multiple phone calls. So should be memo related.
2. I also doubt the FP. But every since the memo came out, every time I called TSC, they said all my information is ready, even the FP is fine. Of course, I would not push it, right.
