A question to ask xiaobaitu/pjiang

Xiaobaitu/Pjiang

My green card has been approved and received the welcome notice. I noticed the date of "Permanent Residence Since" on GC is different from the date of "Notice date" on Welcome notice.

My question is: which date is the GC approval date? The dates have about two weeks gap.
