April Visa & racial discrimination?

I am in the same boat for greencard application. The April Visa is unfair for our chinese. We definitely need to do same work to make our voice heared. We should also need to speak out correctly and accurately. In my personal view the April Visa involves the fairness, equity issue not the racial discrimination. The racial discrimination treats people differently between individuals on the basis of real and perceived racial differences.
