已批準的I-140(EB1a),還未用於遞485，會失效嗎？

LD有一個去年7月批準的I-140Eb1a,當時陰差陽錯，我們用了NIW的140遞485了。
全家有可能海歸，想放棄綠卡申請。我的問題是,以後如果我們還想移民美國,還能用那Eb1a140申請嗎?
