根據政府統計數據，每年EB類中國人獲得綠卡人數少於韓國，菲律賓和印度。菲律賓由於有很多護士，難於比較。印度多占了名額。鑒於中國人獲批數額少於韓國，顯然對中國人的排期安排過於嚴格和保守了。墨西哥人的情況和中國類似。
若能達到韓國人的數量，就可以多出10%的人拿到綠卡。排期應該能提前8-16個月。
需要有人和DOS & USCIS溝通，規勸做出合理調整。
EB2應該在上半年加緊審批，爭取用足每年配額。
EB3應與全球排期同步，中國人EB3申請人數少於菲律賓。
