請教大家:J1豁免問題

J1來美國,後去加拿大讀博士,工作並入了加籍.

幾年前來美TN身份工作.想申請H1 和綠卡.但要先辦J1豁免.中國使館不能給出"不持異議"信因為國籍問題.

請教這裏的兄弟姐妹幫我指出一條怎樣辦豁免和綠卡的出路. 萬分感激.
