it does not matter with the judge orders: no NC for them

1. we only help one of the complaints: Chinese Pro Se. all other five plaintiff have their own lawyers, so not sure their final status now, but should also be solved around now since they are binded together and have final report back to the Court end of this Month.

2. even only 4/6 got name check cleared during last hearing, the judge still kept the order that enjoin USCIS use name check as part of those 6 WOMers naturalization process. In other word, USCIS need to adjudicate their cases no matter what NC status.
3. Original order: applied to ALL naturalization. Then USCIS requestes urgent hearing, and the Judge revised the order after hearing, and it will only applied to the 6 plaintiffs
