EAD filing fee-----請教Xiaobaitu，Pjiang或其他老師

我現在準備申請EAD. 關於filing fee, 申請EAD的I-765的instruction上說:
If you filed a Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, as of July 30, 2007, no fee is required to also file a request for employment authorization on Form I-765.----If you file Form I-765 separately, you must alsosubmit a copy of your Form I-797C, Notice of Action, receiptas evidence of the filing of an I-485 as of July 30, 2007.
我2007年7月份遞的485 (NIW, I140 approved),9月份收到USCIS的receipt,這種情況是否要交費?
