got same situation here, EB3, PD 07/2002, RD 06/2007, NC was done on 11/2007. I'm still waitting for visa avaliable. But since my PD was current on March, no LUD or any other info from USCIS. I call them on Mar, 04, a nice lady answer the phone and gave me a target date on Apr 03, 2008 and they would gave me the respond before that date.
