I contacted with my international affairs.The lawyer said since on part 2 in Form I-129, I chosen 2b and 5c, so this question only asks for the Consulate if I am not able to get an extension in the U.S, I would go there. He asked me not to worry and I will not have to return home for extension.

Is he correct?
