急問綠卡批了但LP還是H4怎麽辦

剛收到通知說批了. we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you.

可是LP剛剛簽了H4過來一個星期還沒有來得及遞交I485. 現在該怎麽辦啊? 請大俠指條明路. 謝謝!
