沮喪，被律師拒了：請問H1B申請時position一定要與專業相關嗎？

我所讀的專業很這個offer一點不沾邊，可是我做research中的technical skill可以用到這個工作中，我這樣能申請到H1B嗎？

我聯係律師幫我辦H1B,她不願接收我的case,說肯定會被deny，不用浪費錢。好傷心，難道我就不能該行了嗎？給我點信息好嗎?
