H1 visa holder go to Canda

Hi, Pjiang, and other expert.

now my current visa is J1(waiver done) , H1 visa pending, will be approved in the coming May , Can I apply Canda visa (tempory visit ) to visit my would-be wife ?

another issue, what approach can make her come to USA quickly , apply H4 visa ? (need marry ?)
