Anyone use 精誠聯合律師 file H1B? Is it good?

Sorry I can't type chinese. But need input on 精誠聯合律師事務所's
reputation. Since the company sponsoring my H1B is very small, really need a good attorney to handle the case. It's also welcome if someone could
recommend me a good attorney to handle H1B case for small company.
