just called TSC

Just called TSC via POJ, waited for 20 minutes. A southern-accent lady picked up. According to her, my case (RD=6/2006) was covered by the memo. I have an early EB2 PD (one of the earliest in this forum, stuck in Backlog center for 4 years), but she said they are not interested in PD at all.

According to her, 3/10 is just a day for them to "try" to review all cases covered by memo. Even 4/30 was not realistic for me to expect positive results. She told me to wait for 6 months to call back since they have to deal with a lot of older cases first. I told her why there are cases with RD later got approved - "We only care about your case.."

My impression: 1) PD is of no use for memo to kick in, RD rules 2) I don't believe memo works at TSC on the cases being approved with RD in 2007 - they got approved because their NC is cleared, and will be approved regardless of the existence of memo 3) I'm definitely not one of the lucky birds - as always - on this painful and torturing process.
