EB-2 140 filed with PD of 04/2007, with no I-485.

The PD of EB-3 I-140 is transfered to EB-2 I-140, and
The I-485 based on EB-3 I-140 is transferred to EB-2 140.
So your I-485 based on EB-2 with PD of 11/2003 is approved.
