H1B transfer, Do H4 transfer too

Thank you for answering my question.

My current H1b and daughter's H4 will valid till 2010. I am transfering my H1b because of changing job. Does my daughter's H4 need to transfer with me?
or she is ok because her H4 valid till 2010.
