-- The concurrent 140 and 485 file on 06/30 was just for EB3 (with EB3's PD)to catch last year's July open window. Also my EB2's PERM was still pending and got approved thereafter. My EB2's 140 was filed 1.5 months later, actually the same day we got the first 140's receipt from USCIS.
