Just called CIS today

EB1a, Aug/06, TSC
Just called. The call has been forwarded to an IO. A very nice guy answered. He checked two reports in the system in the past. My case is under review. He even asked the weather in Houston. And he noticed that my birthday is in 4 days. He could not tell why is my case delayed. He said respond should be made in 40-45 days (just a general timing I think). In the end he wished that I could hear sth. within next 4 days. He is in Eastcoast.
BTW, I noticed that EB1a in TSC is worst dealed. Do you see the same as me?
