本人移盲，請教怎寫信給參議員，希望加快140

My LG's h1 will be expired on 07/12/08, we only got 4 months, now our H1b 6 year is over. Because our PD is not 365 days yet, PD approved, 140pendding, we are not able to extend the 7th H1b year.

Our hope is 140 approved before 07/12/08.

We are thinking of writing a letter to congrassman. Can any golden heart people tell us how to write, who to write, address, anything need to be watched?
