Who believe TSC' s reply about April 30 2008

I called TSC again and get answer of April 30th, 2008 again. But the lady mentioned clearly that "if visa number is still available that time" and
"your case is still in normal I-485 processing time".

Everybody seems got the same reply from TSC that these cases stucked by NC over 180 days will be approved before April 30, 2008 If

1. Visa number is available.
2. out normal processing time.

I guess:

1. Visa bullitin will retreat dramatically in the comming months.
2. Processing time will retreat dramatically in the comming momths.

In this way, the USCIS officers can still keep themselves work as freely as befroe the NC memo comes out.

And most people who are stucked in NC will contunue to wait and suffer.

I do not put hope on these people, since they are actually not happy to see people get their green cards and get out of their control!

Hope I am wrong!
