Meet all criteria = PD current + NC more than 180 days + outside processing date (vary by service center) = approve before Apr 30

Meet all criteria + LUD 03/06,03/07,03/10 = assianged to the IO, waiting for final review = you may get approved by 03/14 (as per IO last Friday)
