After response to REF on 12/05/2007. got LUDS 12/05. 12/11, 12/15, 12/17. Approved on 02/07/2008. I called USCIS 60 days after REF submission. 3 days later got approval notice. Detailed REF: 4 refrences letters from universities and Fedral gov., more than 30 new citations, 4 new publications, 1 updated employment letter; 9 artical review invitations from 3 jurnals. DIY case, Answer REF myself. Although it took 16 months in NSC, but saved a fat check.
