they suppose to adjudicate your case within 120 days once they interviewed you, but you know, it is common for them to ignore immigrant applicant. No one know how long the name check will take, 1 days to several years. If you don't want to wait more once over 120 day, you could sue USCIS/FBI, see more name check related lawsuit 這裏
