H-1B degree certification

"H-1B的受益人必須擁有學士學位或同等的職業經驗。在申請提交時，受益人必須滿足這一項條件。在美國以外獲得的學位如果經過相關學位鑒定機構的鑒定後認為等同於美國學位，也可以算是滿足了這一條件。"

請問去哪裏做學位鑒定呢？謝謝！！
