XiaoBaiTu, PJ, Radiology, and other experts, please help me!

拿到綠卡以後發現綠卡的生效時間是比率卡批準時間早了大概10個月（140收件日期是04/11/2007，批準日期是04/12/2007。485批準日期是02/21/2008。綠卡生效時間是04/11/2007到02/21/2018）。請問這個有問題嗎？這會影響將來申請公明的時間嗎？如果有問題，怎樣改過來？謝謝！
