大聲問一句：H1B加急支票寫給DHS還是USCIS，急！

但我的律師堅決說應該寫給USCIS，讓我把支票重寫一遍，我想問問大家都是怎麽寫的，生怕搞錯了H1B申請被退回來，名額就搶不到了。請幫忙，多謝多謝！
