them enough time(before Mar. 10) to pick up all cases that meet the criteria of this memo(NC pending >180 days), then CIS will send this applicats letter if they could be adjudicated.
I remember someone here said IO process our case accoding to our RD but not PD, so I guess(just guess) CIS means you have no visa number. Hope I am wrong.
