Got two I-140 cases:
Eb-1b: receipt date July 2002, 2x RFE, May 2003 approved
NIW: receipt date Oct 2002, approved Dec 2002 without RFE
I-485: receipt date Nov 2002 and the lawyer said it followed the I-140 of Eb-1b. So sad! If it went to NIW, that would be much better. First FP was in Dec.2002, then the coming FP will be in Aug 2004, so sad again, so many troubles! The second FP notification is from service center of WSC. What's the WSC?
