1) Call 1-800-375-5283, then 1-2-2-6-1, then 1 (input your I-485 case no.), after getting your status (be patient here), 3-4, you will be directed to IO
in TSC or NSC.
2) if you hear "No Immigration Officer available", try again.
3) If you do not get this, the system will ask you to wait, very often 20-30min, talk to the person, give him/her case number, then ask about name check status, you will find out.
