My case was with NSC, but they made a priority date error to my approved I-140 (wrong PD of 2007/06/29). It was not corrected until 01/30/2008!!!
I believe that I was the real unlucky one with USCIS, and DOL in the whole process, almost every step was messed up and required additional effort.
I feel again that somebody (IO/VO) is touching the cases, since my wife's case did not have the LUD although filed on the same day.
Let's all cross our fingers!
