I got a LUD at about 1 pm today too (EB2, NSC, PD current). I called NSC this morning and the IO said my case is with an officer and should be adjudicated in about 30 days. I am not sure whether he is telling the truth. He did not know about the Mar. 10th date and was surprised that many people are mention this date to him. I told him a web site that has the namecheck FAQ, he looked at it and thought it is impossible for most of the cases be adjudicated before Mar. 10th.
