pijiang and tu jie, please help

I just called 800# (1-2-6 and someone answered the phone) and was told that I have to wait another 6 months since I did a request last december. Also the guy who answered the phone said that he never heard about the memo.

My case is little bit complicated. Family based GC application. Interview was done at local office and was asked to more evidence. NC pending is about 2 yrs. Just moved aand changed address online. This is the only update I had on my account. Now I do not know where my files are.

It seemed that I did not get an IO to answer the phone. How can I reach IO and find out my case status? Should I call NSC and how to reach them?
