1）PERM　拿到，立即可以FILE　I-140？
- yes and within 6 months, you have to file.

2）I-140　批準得等多久？　什麽時候可以FILE　EAD（配偶可以工作或成立公司）？要FILE　I-485　後嗎？　到什麽時候才能交I-485？是中國出生的。
- 6 months or 15 days if you pay premier fees (not resumed yet). When your visa number is available, you can file your I485 and you can also file EAD at the same time when you file you I485.

3）現在的H1-B　2010年到期（已經6年了），因是加拿大公民，　可以轉TN。　但聽說一旦申請綠卡就不能轉TN了？是指FILE　I-140還是I-485？

- After filing I485, you will defnitely have no chance to renew your TN. You may renew your TN even after your I140 is approved, depending on your luck.
