just called TSC about memo

I just called TSC. A nice lady pick up the phone and made jokes nicely about my accent firstly. Then she checked my and my family's I-485 cases, and told me our cases are covered by the memo, but she can not just approve our cases right now during the call (I request her to do so). Because cases should be assigned to a officer firstly. But she said TSC has decided to finish all these cases covered by memo by April 30, 2008.

I also asked why my wife's and my daughter's I-485 can not be approved sincemy wife's name check has been cleared 1 year ago and my daughter is only 3 years old and no name check process at all. go (My name check is still pending). She told me since I am the main applicant, some cases dependents can be approved before the mail aplicant, but for our cases, it is stated by the center that my wife's and my daughter's cases can not be approved before mine.

Hopefully April 30 is the magic date for TSC.

Our cases:
EB1B
Sep 2006, I140 submitted.
Oct 2006, I140 approved..
Jan 2007 , I485 submitted.

Since then only one LUD when we change address.

Called TSC many times, always a very unplesant lady picked up phone and hanged up phone quickly after a few words. This time I am lucky that another lady picked up the phone so I got a litle bit information.
