各位大俠，AP批了，但沒有收到，必須重新申請嗎？

AP於2月8日寄出，可到現在都沒有收到。今天早上給移民局打電話，他們稱AP已經寄出，他們又沒有收到退件，如果沒有收到不是他們的責任。我必須必須重新申請。我去了郵局，郵局的人說，沒有tracking number他們也沒辦法查詢。我隻能必須重新申請? 4月份要回去，怎麽辦呢？
