My family's cases are supposed to be approved in March. Our priority date is 04/24/2003, and we have been waiting for FBI NC for more than 3 years.
On 03/03, My daughter and I got finger print notices. The notice asked us to get a finger print on 03/11. My hu*****and is the primary applicant, he did not get notice. We guess maybe because he did it last year when he re-new his EAD card. My daughter is 16 years old, last year I also applied EAD card for her because she need social security number to get drivers' liscence. At that time she was also asked to do the finger print. Why this time, she needs to do it again, but my hu*****and dose not need to do?
Anyway, we think this is the good sign that they are processing our case, and once they get our new finger print, they probably would approve our case.
By the way, this is the second time I do the finger print since December , 2004.
