H1B to visit Canada

Hello:

I am a H-1B holder, and plan to visit Canada for 3 weeks. I heard that I can come back to U.S. without a visa stamp as long as I have a valid #94 and didn't go to apply for a visa.

Just wonder if H-1B holders visit Canada recently.
