1：回去不是就沒有H1-B身份了嗎？或是H1-B六年已經用完，怎麽還可以申請延期。我的理解是H1-B延期必須有合法的H1-B身份才能延期。
- When you are outside of US, you don't care of your "status" any more.

2：如果是申請新的H1-B不是延期，那140批了後就可以申請嗎？不用等一年後再申請，對嗎？那有沒有名額的問題？還是延續以前的H1-B。
- Employer may file I-129 for you when you are not physically present in the states, with a starting date of 365 day since PERM or upon approval of I-140, whenever is earlier. You may choose not to be subject to cap, even you are away over 1 year.
