是聯合報稅， 還是分開報稅？

我是免稅的第二年H1，我先生不免稅H1，我們可以聯合報稅嗎？ 聽說分開報稅，將來申請４８５不利，有這回事嗎？我是主申請人。多謝知情人告知。
