H4 visa application- 請教 PJiang , Xiaobaitu 和各位大俠

My hu*****and has recently received PERM approval but has not filed I-140 yet. I need to come back to China and apply for H-4visa to get back. Our current H1 H4 valid date is until Nov of 2008. Is there any particular things I need to pay attention under our current situations? I got my H-4 visa one year ago, should I bring the same documents this time for visa application?
