Better have some experienced persons help you write a good petition letter, re-organize your materials, answer the REF right on the target. 1)translate abstracts of chinese papers into english;2) have to get strong ref letters, 3-4 letters are reasonable; 3) ask your boss to write a strong letter to explain your role in his projects and your influences; 4)collect more citations(both chinese and english are ok).
