請問xiaobaitu等大俠 - 關於離境一年後H1簽證狀態reset問題

本人持L1簽證在美國工作2年。然後返回中國居留了一年以上。如果我現在以H1簽證回美工作，我會有6年H1, 還是隻有4年 （因為L1已用掉2年)?
我知道有離境一年就可以get a fresh H1 status.我的問題是這個規定是隻適用於已經用完6年H1的情況? 還是我的情況也是用? 我當然希望是後者.
