.. waiting.. we wrote letter to senitor and local representitive... bounch of reply with no use

03/07 we wrote letter to First Lady, FBI wrote back said our security check not finished.

05/07 We went to info pass, got information that my name check is done but my hu*****and's is not.. actually my name is very common but my hu*****and's name is not common.

09/07 we filed WOM by ourself.. by Thanksgiving day US attorney called us for "motion for delay", we accepted

12/07 US attorney called us again said he tried to contact Immigration officer, but because of holiday season, he did not get any more answer, and he wish another "motion to delay", we accepted.

01/07 US attorney called us again said my hu*****and's name check is done but there is no visa number, he said there is no use to continue the WOM case but he did not push us to dismiss the case.. we made agreement that he will report to court about the status every month.

02/07 we called US attorney he said he will contact TSC and we'd better wait for news in early March.

Now it is early March!!! it seems Florida US attorney is not that tough.. what he is doing is contact TSC and reporting to court and us.

(We really dont know if the WOM is really effective or not...anyway we got email from TSC today)
