請教一個關於綠卡的問題。

我管理碩士畢業。有兩個選擇：

1。想申請國家利益豁免，本人有碩士論文並有行業內的推薦信，無發表文章。可能性的嗎？

2。現在opt，公司給辦h1b，最終走向綠卡。
